Welcome to CherishQR. By accessing or using our website, products, and services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

CherishQR provides memorial solutions including durable QR plaques, personalized tribute pages, auto-generated videos, and hosting services. These Terms govern your use of our services and products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products or services. By creating a tribute page, you confirm that you have the legal right and family consent to share the content.

3. Orders & Payments

Full payment is required before plaque production and activation of tribute pages. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, GCash, and bank transfer. All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery

QR plaques are typically delivered within 7–14 business days in the Philippines. International delivery timelines may vary depending on location. Delivery tracking will be provided once your plaque has shipped.

5. Tribute Page & Content

Tribute pages may include biography, photos, videos, and guestbook entries. Families can choose public or private access. You retain ownership of content uploaded, but grant CherishQR the right to host and display it as part of the service. Content must be respectful, family-friendly, and lawful. Offensive, harmful, or copyrighted material without permission may be removed.

6. Hosting & Retention

Tribute pages are hosted securely for 50 years from activation. Before expiration, you will be contacted with renewal options. CherishQR is not liable for data loss caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, third-party service interruptions).

7. Refunds & Replacements

Defective or damaged plaques caused by manufacturing errors will be replaced at no cost. Hosting and video generation services are non-refundable once activated.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Upload content that is offensive, abusive, or unlawful. Misuse CherishQR’s services for commercial or fraudulent purposes. Interfere with or disrupt our platform’s security or functionality.

9. Limitation of Liability

CherishQR provides services “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or emotional distress resulting from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.

10. Privacy

Your use of CherishQR is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
